Awesome, I'll go with it then! It's pricey as heck though.

Voltage is stock, BCLK is 100, CPU Load-Line calibration set to High, VCCSA Load-Line calibration set to High, CPU Power Phase Control set to Optimized. This is maximum frequency it works without touching the voltage. All cpu power states are enabled. Motherboard is Sabertooth. Cooled by NH-D14. These were my settings for the summer period

what would be the time, stock for the 3930 without OC?

U dont need to touch BCLK on 3930K since its unlocked. All you have to do is to increase multiplier.

            Easy and sweet.

Stock speed is 3.2 ghz OC to 3.8 for 1 core/3.7 for 2 cores /3.6 for 4+ cores if I'm not wrong. More or less..

Sorry missed this message earlier. I'm sorry I haven't made any tests with stock 3930k.
Though I have benchmarked most of the machines in the office with Cinebench 11.5. I could post them it that would be of any use.

A little tip. If your i7 runs too hot it WILL DECLOCK. So you have to monitor throttling(not sure how u call it) and fine tune ur settings. Or else it will start with 4.5ghz and then go down to 3.2 ghz once internal parameters go to red... Even if its at 65c or so... Its bit tricky with those i7s...
